Yeah, how did they get spam and tofu confused? Hmmm...lol! I guess they thought mention of tofu was reason enough to send spam. Anyway, that looks awesome! I love the crispy, browned tofu. Did you eat it with noodles or just like that?
Haha!! That was funny desertgirl! I didn't even put the spam and tofu thing together :) You are so smart! I just ate the tofu as is. I seriously could eat like 10 pounds of that tofu it is SO delicious.
