Happy Birthday to MEEEE!

One year older....I have lived a pretty good life. I always seem to think back on my short lived life every year. The best time of my life was when I was gothic. That was the funnest most exciting moment so far. I look forward with a glimmer in my eye for the next stage that I jump on! Until then I will continue working and going to school, reading my most beloved Twilight series and look for the next exciting adventure!

Growing stuff

Since I haven't had my turtle to attend to and I am that motherly type that likes to care for people/animals/plants. So my friend got me a sunflower and I really didn't care much about it because I suck at keeping plants alive. It sat on the floor in the dining room for several days until my sister said I needed to do something with it because it was attracting bugs. So I put it out on the patio and put some water on it and left it alone for a few days. A few days later I peeked out the patio door and it had grown what looked to be 2 feet!! I was absolutely shocked at how a little bit of water would make something grow that much. So I watered it for several months and it kept on growing!! And of course I had to make it better, so I went to the store and bought food and miracle grow. It hasn't done much with it yet, but it is still growing and that is more than I can say with other plants I have tried to keep alive. I always thought I had a black thumb, who knew!!

I bought another plant to keep it company as you can see in the corner of the picture. It is growing very well too!! I am pretty proud of myself.
